Abel Skip Hire Ltd is a small family run business, we specialise purely in skip hire services and waste management and pride ourselves on service and reputation.

Why do we collect personal data?

We can confirm that we obtain personal information from our customers via telephone when we initially receive booking details. Abel Skip Hire Ltd also collects personal data when a customer, requests an online quote or call back request.

What personal data do we collect?

Please note Abel Skip Hire Ltd collects customer’s names/company’s names, postal addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers and payment details securely from your initial order. Once Abel Skip Hire Ltd have received your initial orders you have provided consent for us to hold this information until no longer necessary.

How we use the data

Abel Skip Hire Ltd utilise the necessary details for all our business requirements to enable us to fulfil our business commitments, responsibilities and legal requirements to the Environment Agency. We can confirm that no personal data will be released to any third parties or used for any marketing purposes at any time. All payment details are destroyed once payment has been processed.

Data Sharing

We can confirm that we only share personal data with the Environment Agency, as this is a legal requirement put in place by the Environment Agency. Abel Skip Hire Ltd have to store these personal details for two years. Once the retention period is over we will destroy all data that is no longer necessary safely and securely.
